मेडिकल कॅालाेज स्टाफ को चार माह से वेतन नहीं, हंगामा,सपा विधायक पहुंचे
लाला लाजपत राय स्मारक मेडिकल कालेज मेरठ के आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों ने चार माह से वेतन व एंक्रीमेंट न लगाने का विरोध करते हुए बुधवार के बाद आज गुरूवार को भी कामकाज बंद कर हंगामा किया। कर्मचारियों का आरोप है कि जनशक्ति पोर्टल पर उनका जो वेतन दर्शाया जा रहा है,उससे कम धनराशि उन्हें दी जा रही है। इसके अलावा उनके वेतन में तीस फीसदी की बढ़ोत्तरी की घोषणा हो चुकी है लेकिन यह भी लागू नहीं किया जा रहा है। चार माह से वेतन न मिलने से उन्हें घर चलाना मुश्किल हो रहा है। मेरठ कालेज में वार्ड बॉय, वार्ड आय़ा,स्टाफ नर्स व सफाई कर्मचारियों को आउट सोर्स पर रखा गया है। इसका ठेका जीत सिक्योरिटी प्रा.लि कंपनी के पास है। कर्मचारियों का कहना है कि वार्ड ब्याय को आठ, एचआर को दस जबकि स्टाफ नर्सिंसेज को सोलह हजार रुपये वेतन दिया जा रहा है जबकि तीस फीसदी इजाफे के साथ यह वेतन दिया जाना चाहिये। वहीं कालेज प्राचार्य डा.आरसी गुप्ता का कहना है कि आउट सोर्सिंग पर रखे गये स्टाफ को चार माह से वेतन क्यों नहीं दिया जा रहा है इस बारे में कंपनी से बात की जा रही है। जहां तक बात वेतन वृद्धि की है तो इसका फैसला कंपनी को ही लेना है। आज आउट सोर्सिंग स्टाफ ने ऊर्जा मंत्री सोमेंद्र तोमर व सरधना विधायक अतुल प्रधान को भी मौके पर बुलाया था। सरधना विधायक ने वहां पहुंच कर प्रशासनिक अफसर से स्टाफ की मौजूदगी में वार्ता की
