यूपी से किसानों का दिल्ली मार्च, नोएडा एक्सप्रेस-वे बंद, किसानों ने बैरिकेडिंग तोड़ी

उत्तर प्रदेश के हजारों किसानों ने दिल्ली की तरफ कूच कर दिया है। किसानों के इस कूच को देखते हुए भारी सुरक्षा बल के साथ ही बैरिकेडिंग की गई है। किसानों के इस कूच के चलते नोएडा की सीमाओं पर भयंकर जाम लगा हुआ है। पुलिस ने किसानों को रोकने के लिए दिल्ली-यूपी को जोड़ने वाले चिल्ला बॉर्डर पर जगह-जगह बैरिकेडिंग की है। जिन पर किसान चढ़ गये हैं। किसान अपनी मांगों को लेकर आरपार की लड़ाई के मूड में हैं।
इस बीच, किसान किसी भी दशा में दिल्ली में प्रवेश न कर पायें इसके लिये पुलिस ने व्यापक प्रबंध किये हैं। वाहनों की लगातार चेकिंग की जा रही है। इस कारण नोएडा एक्सप्रेस वे दोनों तरफ से ही बंद हो गया है। पांच किलोमीटर लंबा जाम लगा हुआ है।
इससे पूर्व दोपहर 12 बजे से किसान नोएडा के महामाया फ्लाई ओवर के पास 5000 किसान इकट्ठा हुए। संसद का घेराव करने के दिल्ली की तरफ बढ़े तो पुलिस ने उन्हें रोक दिया। इसके बाद उनकी पुलिस से नोकझोंक हो गई। बता दें कि बीते दिवस किसानों ने अपनी चार मांगों को लेकर नोएडा डीएम मनीष वर्मा और ग्रेटर नोएडा, यमुना, नोएडा अथॉरिटी के सीईओ के साथ बैठक की थी। तीन घंटे तक बैठक चली थी, लेकिन बेनतीजा साबित हुई थी।
दरअसल, एक साल पूर्व भी इन्हीं मांगों को लेकर किसान संगठनों ने दिल्ली कूच किया था। इस बार किसानों की अगुआई भारतीय किसान परिषद के सुखबीर खलीफा, भारतीय किसान यूनियन (टिकैत) के पवन खटाना कर रहे हैं। किसान जिन चार प्रमुख मांगों को लेकर आंदोलनरत हैं उनमें किसानों को जमीन अधिग्रहण के बदले 10% प्लॉट देने, 64.7% की दर से किसानों को मुआवजा मिलने, नए भूमि अधिग्रहण कानून के अनुसार, बाजार दर का चार गुना मुआवजा देने व भूमिधर, भूमिहीन किसानों के बच्चों को रोजगार और पुनर्वास के सभी फायदे देने की मांग शामिल हैं।
