किसानों का शुक्रवार को भारत बंद, दोनों तरफ से व्यापक इंतजाम, हरियाणा के सात जिलों में बंद रहेगा नेट

एमएसपी समेत कई अन्य मांगों को लेकर देश का किसान आंदोलनरत है। किसान अपनी इन मांगों को लेकर दिल्ली आना चाहते हैं जबकि सरकार उन्हें रोकना। इसी रस्साकसी में आज तीन दिन हो गये हैं। समझौता वार्ता भी हुई लेकिन दोनों ही पक्ष अपने अपने दावों पर टिके हुए हैं। नतीजा कल किसान संगठनों ने भारत बंद का आह्वान किया है। इस बंद में भारतीय किसान यूनियन भी शामिल है, हालांकि भाकियू प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि कल किसान अपने खेतों पर भी न जाये। किसानों के आंदोलन को देखते हुए हरियाणा के उन सात जिलों में जो पंजाब की सीमा से लगते हुए हैं 17 फरवरी की मध्य रात्रि तक इंटरनेट सेवा बंद कर दी गई है। हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री ने इस बीच कहा है कि दिल्ली जाने व अपनी बात रखने का हरेक को अधिकार है लेकिन ट्रैक्टर ट्राली लेकर दिल्ली के वाशिंदों को परेशानी में डालने का नहीं।
करीब दो साल पूर्व सरकार की ओर से किसानों को आश्वासन दिये गये थे। यह आश्वासन दिल्ली बार्डर पर किसानों के चले आ रहे लंबे आंदोलन के बाद दिये थे। सरकार पर वादाखिलाफी का आरोप लगाते हुए किसान दो साल बाद एक बार फिर से सड़क पर उतरा हुआ है। किसान दिल्ली तक न पहुंचे इसके लिये दिल्ली के सभी बार्डर सील कर दिये गये हैं। सील कुछ इस तरह से किये गये हैं जिसने अंतरार्ष्टारीय बार्डर की याद ताजा कर दी हैं। पुलिस ड्रोन की मदद से जहां किसानों पर आंसू गैस के गोले दाग रही है तो किसान भी पतंग उड़ाकर ड्रोन को गिराने में लगे हैं। इसके अलावा पंजाब के किसानों ने आंसू गैस से बचने के भी व्यापक इंतजाम किये हैं। कुल मिलाकर बार्डर पर बेहद ही तनावपूर्ण माहौल बना हुआ है।
इस बीच, हरियाणा के पंजाब से सटे सात जिलों में इंटरनेट सेवाओं पर पाबंदी दो दिन और बढ़ा दी गई है। अब 17 फरवरी की मध्य रात्रि तक इंटरनेट पर पाबंदी रहेगी। ये जिले हैं हरियाणा के अंबाला, कुरुक्षेत्र, कैथल,जींद, हिसार, फतेहाबाद, सिरसा। पंजाब से चले किसान आंदोलन को हरियाणा के किसान संगठनों का समर्थन मिलना शुरू हो गया है। पिछले किसान आंदोलन में सक्रिय भूमिका में रहे भारतीय किसान यूनियन चढ़ूनी गुट ने भी आपात बैठक कर कुछ निर्णय लिए हैं। हरियाणा की ओर से सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने वाले गुरनाम सिंह चढ़ूनी के नेतृत्व वाले गुट भाकियू चढ़ूनी ने शुक्रवार को प्रदेशभर के टोल प्लाजा फ्री कराने का एलान किया है। वहीं शनिवार को प्रदेशभर में तहसील स्तर पर ट्रैक्टर मार्च भी निकाला जाएगा।
इसके बाद रविवार को ब्रह्मसरोवर तट पर सभी संगठरनों, खाप पंचायतों व अन्य संगठनों की अहम बैठक बुलाई गई है। जिसमें आंदोलन की अगली रणनीति को लेकर रूपरेखा बनाई जाएगी। ये फैसला गुरुवार को गुरनाम सिंह चढ़ूनी की अध्यक्षता में बुलाई गई आपात बैठक में लिया गया है। बैठक के बाद चढ़ूनी ने मीडिया से कहा कि वे आंदोलन कर रहे किसानों की मांगों का समर्थन करते हैं। उनकी मांगें पूरी तरह से जायज हैं और इन्हें सरकार को तत्काल मान लेना चाहिए। चढ़ूनी ने एक मांग और जोड़ते हुए कहा कि आगे होने वाला चुनाव ईवीएम से न कराकर बेल्ट पेपर से कराया जाए।
