मुज़फ्फरनगर के किसानो को राहत, दीपावली से पहले होगा 90 करोड़ का गन्ना भुगतान ।
जनपद मुज़फ्फरनगर में दीपावली से पहले 90 करोड़ का गन्ना भुगतान और कर दिया जाएगा, जनपद में 87 प्रतिशत से ज़्यादा गन्ना भुगतान कर दिया गया है, अन्य जनपदों के मुकाबले जनपद में गन्ना भुगतान की स्थिति काफी बेहतर है ।अगला पिराई सत्र शुरू हो गया है,गन्ना भुगतान को लेकर किसान गुस्से में है, शनिवार को भाकियू इस मुद्दे को लेकर प्रदर्शन भी करने जा रही है, इससे ठीक पहले जिला गन्ना गन्ना अधिकारी आर.डी.द्विवेदी ने एक प्रेस बयान जारी करके जनपद की गन्ना भुगतान की स्थिति को सबसे बेहतर बताया है ।उन्होंने बताया कि जनपद में 08 चीनी मिलें स्थापित है जिसमें 7 (खतौली, तितावी, मन्सूरपुर, रोहाना, टिकौला, भैसाना एवं खाईखेडी) निजी क्षेत्र की तथा एक चीनी मिल मोरना सहकारी क्षेत्र की है। चीनी मिलों द्वारा गत पराई सत्र 2019-20 में कोराना महामारी के कारण लाॅक डाउन में निरन्तर सम्पूर्ण गन्ने की पेराई करते हुए 19 जून 2020 को पेराई सत्र का समापन किया गया। कृषक हित को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए किसानो के बेसिक कोटे केे अतिरिक्त लगभग 144 ला.कु. गन्ने का अतिरिक्त सट्टा करते हुए सम्पूर्ण गन्ने की पेराई की गई। जनपद की चीनी मिलों पर गत पेराई सत्र 2019-20 का कुल 3402.93 करोड रू. देय हुआ, जिसके सापेक्ष चीनी मिलों द्वारा दिनांक 31.08.2020 तक 2556.09 करोड रू. का भुगतान कर दिया गया तथा अंकन 846.84 करोड रू. अवशेष था। चीनी मिलों द्वारा माह सितम्बर 2020 में 250.58 करोड रू. एवं माह अक्टुबर 2020 में 128.95 करोड रू. तथा माह नवम्बर दिनांक 04.11.2020 तक 36.45 करोड रू. का भुगतान कर दिया गया है। इस प्रकार चीनी मिलों द्वारा कुल 2972.07 करेाड रू. का भुगतान किया गया है, जो कुल देय का 87.34 प्रतिशत है। चीनी मिलों द्वारा दीपावली तक 90 करोड रू. भुगतान और किया जायेगा। वर्तमान में अन्य जनपदों की अपेक्षा जनपद मुजफ्फरनगर की चीनी मिलों द्वारा किया गया भुगतान बेहतर स्थिति में है ।।
