निकिता हत्याकांड की दाखिल चार्जशीट में लव जेहाद नहीं
बल्लभगढ़ की छात्रा निकिता तोमर हत्याकांड में आज शुक्रवार को विशेष जांच दल ने स्थानीय अदालत में चार्जशीट दाखिल कर दी। एसआइटी द्वारा कोर्ट में दाखिल 700 पेज की चार्जशीट में 60 लोगों को इस हत्याकांड में गवाह बनाया गया है। यह चार्जशीट रिकार्ड समय में दाखिल की गई है। तौसीफ व निकिता के मोबाइल फोन बी जांच के लिये भेजे गये हैं। उल्लेखनीय तथ्य है कि इस चार्जशीट में फिलहाल लव जेहाद जैसी कोई बात शामिल नहीं है। कहा जा रहा है कि यदि ऐसा पाया गया तो पूरक चार्जशीट में इसे शामिल किया जा सकता है।
दिल्ली से सटे बल्लभगढ़ में निकिता की सरेराह हत्या कर दी थी। यह हत्याकांड सीसीटीवी में कैद हो गया था जिसके आधार पर पुलिस ने तौसीफ व रेहान को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। आरोपित किसी भी स्थिति में न बच पाएं इसलिए चार्जशीट को डिजिटल, फोरेंसिक एवं मेटेरियल एविडेंस के आधार पर अनुभवी अनुसंधान अधिकारियों द्वारा तैयार किया गया है।
बता दें कि 26 अक्टूबर की शाम परीक्षा देकर सहेली संग घर लौट रही छात्रा निकिता की अग्रवाल कॉलेज के गेट के बाहर मुख्य आरोपी तौसीफ ने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी थी। इस वारदात को अंजाम देने में उसका साथी रेहान भी शामिल था। दोनों आरोपी वारदात को अंजाम देकर कार से फरार हो गए थे। यह पूरी घटना सीसीटीवी में कैद है।
